In this first episode of Chronicles Of Koenigsegg, Mr JWW takes us into an in depth walk and talk of this remarkable car before taking it for a flat out drive. He was able to get his hands on a beautiful and unique CCR painted in Koenigsegg Racing Green.

The Koenigsegg CCR was an evolution of the CC8S, produced between 2004 and 2006. It was produced in 14 examples in total.

The CCR is an 806bhp manual supercharged hypercar from the early days of Koenigsegg. It managed to take the Guinness record for the world’s fastest production car at the Nardo test track in Italy, in February 2005. The CCR reached 388 km/h, beating the 8 year old record set by the inspirational Mclaren F1. The CCR went on to set records at the Nürburgring and at various other tracks.

Here’s a photo gallery with some examples of the CCR.
