SSC vs. Koenigsegg: Race for the record

A very interesting video comparing the top speed runs from the Koenigsegg Agera RS in 2017 versus the SSC Tuatara in 2020. We can clearly see that the Koenigsegg was faster.

Why?

Multiple possibilities:

1. The video from SSC was slowed down.
2. SSC showed the video of a slower run with data from the top speed run over it, explaining the mismatch.
3. The data from Dewetron’s system weren’t precise enough because of a bad installation, configuration and/or calibration.

I hope we’ll get some explanations by SSC North America in the following days.
