Having toured the splendid landscapes of Southern and Central Italy, Lamborghini’s “With Italy, For Italy” photo drive is now heading North.
Eight new photographers are ready to carry you off along the roads of Northern Italy aboard eight Lamborghini super sports cars in a spectacular journey designed to highlight the unique beauty and excellence of the Bel Paese during the current pandemic.
We begin in Emilia Romagna aboard a sleek Aventador S Roadster with Piero Gemelli’s “Italian Postcards” that immortalise both famous cities and lesser-known settings where “the silence amplifies the roar of the engine”.
Marco Valmarana then takes the wheel of a stylish Countach 25th Anniversary to explore the natural beauty and timeless architecture of the Veneto region. And Mattia Balsamini continues into Friuli Venezia Giulia in a Lamborghini Urus that “fits so perfectly into the landscape, it looks as though it were made to be here.”
Our next stop is Trentino Alto Adige, where Simone Bramante contrasts the vertical thrust of the Alps with the horizontal, road-hugging design of a Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD. And then Vincenzo Grillo takes us on a journey of “infinite love” through Lombardy in a Huracán EVO that is clearly at home in the hypermodern design of Italy’s fashion capital, Milan.
Chiara Mirelli captures the musical and cultural highlights of Piedmont in a Huracán EVO Spyder and Alberto Selvestrel reveals his vision of Liguria where his Lamborghini Huracán EVO “seems forged by the same wind that has sculpted the rocky coastline.”
This brings us to our last stop in the Valle d’Aosta region, where Fulvio Bugani places a Sián Roadster in the midst of wild mountainscapes as, “this rare and extraordinary car poses the same challenge to our limits and quest for freedom.”
It is exactly this desire for freedom, beauty, wonder and technology that Lamborghini’s “With Italy, For Italy” initiative was designed to make you dream, so stay tuned, as there are more photographic treats in store!
